Passion Academia is an online educational platform operated by Muhammad Umer, available at passionacademia.com and via our Android app on the Google Play Store. We provide test preparation and academic courses for students in Pakistan (Grades 6–12, AFNS, PAF, MCJ/MCM).
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS (encrypted in transit)
- Passwords hashed — we never store plain text
- Row-level security via Supabase RLS
- Firebase Auth for Google-grade credential security
2. Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the platform.

Product Improvement
Improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider.
Firebase (Google) — Authentication and user account storage
Supabase (PostgreSQL) — Academic content: courses, MCQs, chapters
Supabase Storage — Profile pictures and uploaded assets
YouTube Data API — Video content delivery and recommendations
OpenRouter AI — AI-generated exam question generation
Resend — Transactional emails (verification, password reset)
Passion Academia is designed for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us immediately.
We retain your account data while your account is active. On deletion, all personally identifiable data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
We use browser cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember preferences (e.g., dark mode). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You are in control of your data at all times.
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Request permanent deletion of your account and data
Export your data in a machine-readable format
Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time
Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
