By creating an account or using Passion Academia (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in the following behaviours.
Share, distribute, or reproduce any course content, MCQs, or AI-generated exams without permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform
Impersonate other users, instructors, or Passion Academia staff
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
Use the platform commercially without written consent
Share account credentials with others
Additional Terms
Important terms that govern specific aspects of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Passion Academia. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
All content — including course materials, MCQs, AI-generated exam papers, video content, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Passion Academia or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Our AI exam generation feature creates practice questions using third-party AI models. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information against authorised study materials. Passion Academia is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in particular exam scores, academic outcomes, or admission to any institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Passion Academia and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account any time via settings or by contacting us. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
